Rolled Oats - 1 Cup

Sliced Almonds - 1/4 Cup

Sunflower Seeds - 1/8 Cup

Pumpkin Seeds - 1/8 Cup

Dried Cranberries - 1/4 Cup

Honey - 3 Tbsp

Coconut Oil - 2 Tbsp

Vanilla Extract - 1/4 Tsp

Sea Salt - 1 Dash

Yogurt - 1/2 Cup

Yogurt - 1 Cup

Cottage Cheese - 1/2 Cup

Protein Powder - 1 Scoop

Dried Cranberries - 1/2 Cup

Sliced Almonds - 1/4 Cup

METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients into bowl and mix well.

  2. Cover with cling wrap and freeze overnight.
