3 Easy Avocado Recipes

BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE INGREDIENTS 

 

1 1/2 Cups Milk

1/2 Avocado (Ripe)

1 Ripe Mango

5-10 Spinach/Kale Leaves

1 Scoop Protein Powder 

3 Packets of Equal Sugar

*Ice is Optional

 

BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE METHOD

 

Add all ingredients to blender.

Blend until fully incorporated.

SALTFISH BULJOL INGREDIENTS 

 

1/2 Avocado (Ripe)

225 Grams Saltfish

4 Tomatoes

4 Hard Boiled Eggs

2 Medium Onions

5 Pimentos

3 Garlic Cloves

1 Hot Pepper 

1/8 Cup Olive Oil

1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs

1/2 Cup Flour

 

SALTFISH BULJOL METHOD

 

Boil saltfish over medium heat until tender. (About 20 Minutes)

Strain and set aside.

Boil two eggs over medium heat. About 12-15 minutes.

Cut tomatoes into cubes and set aside.

Finely chop onion, pimento, garlic and hot pepper and set aside.

Clean and slice avocado into desired sizes.

Bread in flour, eggs, and bread crumbs.

Fry until golden brown.

Add boiled eggs, tomato, onions, pimento, garlic, and hot pepper to salt fish.

Add olive oil and mix well.

Finish with avocado and enjoy!

GUACAMOLE INGREDIENTS 

 

1/2 Avocado (Ripe)

1/2 oz Onion

1 Jalapeno or 1/2 Hot Pepper

1/4 oz Lime Juice

1/4 oz Olive Oil

Salt (To Taste)

GUACAMOLE METHOD

Clean and dice avocado into small cubes.

Finely chop onion and jalapeno.

Add to avocado.

Add lime juice, olive oil and salt to taste.

Mix well ensuring to mash the avocado.

Serve with your favorite chips!
