Mrs Dash - 2 Tbsp
Ground Turkey - 1/2 Lb
Egg - 1
Bread Crumbs - 1/4 Cup
Pita Bread - 2
Tomato - 1
Red Onion - 1 Small
Add turkey, eggs, bread crumbs, and Mrs Dash to bowl and mix until fully combined.
Make two patties and set aside.
Wash and clean spinach, tomato and onion.
Slice tomato and onion and set aside.
Heat pan over medium heat.
Cook patties for 2 minutes on both sides.
Feel free to season patties with more Mrs Dash at this point.
Once cooked remove from pan and set aside.
Add patty to pita bread and top with veggies.
