Pineapple Carnival Cooler Recipe

PARTY BOTTLE (1.75L) INGREDIENTS 

 

White Rum - 700 ml

Pineapple Juice - 1000 ml

Fresh Lime Juice - 50 ml

Sprite - To Finish

 

METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients to bottle and shake thoroughly.

  2. Serve chilled and finish with sprite.

SINGLE SERVING INGREDIENTS

 

White Rum - 3oz

Pineapple Juice - 2 oz

Squeeze of Lime Wedge

Sprite - To Finish

 

METHOD 

 

(BUILT) Fill your glass with ice. White Rum is added first, followed by pineapple juice and topped with sprite. Squeeze the lime wedge and drop it in the glass. A refreshing, quick and simple cocktail!

 

Garnishes: Pineapple Slice
