Corned Beef Wrap Recipe
Yield - 6 Servings
*FC - Finely Chopped
Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 1/8 cup Onion - 1/2 cup FC Pimento - 4 FC Sweet Pepper - 1/3 cup diced Libby's Diced Tomato - 1 can Target Corned Beef - 1 can Cantina Wrap - 6 Lettuce - 1 (shredded)
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add onion, pimento and sweet pepper.
Let cook for 3 minutes.
Add Libby's Diced Tomatoes and let cook for 2 minutes.
Mix Target Corned Beef into the veggies.
Once fully mixed; allow some of the liquid to evaporate. (5 minutes)
Remove from heat once desired consistency is acquired.
Add lettuce to wrap, top with 2-3 tablespoons of Target Corned Beef and enjoy!
