Yield: 1 Loaf (8-10 Servings)
All Purpose Flour - 1 1/2 cups
Instant Rolled Oats - 1/2 cup
Brown Sugar - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1/8 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder - 3 tsp
Ripe Bananas - 4
Egg - 1 Large
Skimmed Milk - 6 fl oz
Vegetable Oil - 2 tbsp
(Optional) Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips - 1/4 cup
(Optional) White Chocolate Chips - 1/4 cup
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a bowl, mix together flour, oats, sugar, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
In a separate bowl, mash bananas.
Add egg, milk and oil to bananas.
Add dry ingredients to wet.
Add both chocolate chips to batter.
Pour batter into a greased baking dish (9” by 5”).
Bake for 50 minutes.
Allow to cool in loaf pan for 15 minutes.
Remove from loaf pan and let cool completely before slicing.
