Yield: 8 - 10 Servings
Cabbage - 1 1/2 lb (core included)
Carrot - 1 1/2 cups (Grated)
Salt - 1/2 tsp or to taste
Black Pepper - 1/4 tsp or to taste
Brown Sugar - 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup
Evaporated Milk - 1/4 cup (Optional)
Mayonnaise - 1 1/2 cups
Clean and remove the core from cabbage.
Slice cabbage into thin pieces.
Add cabbage to a bowl.
Grate carrots over the cabbage.
Add salt, black pepper and sugar, mix until fully incorporated.
Add evaporated milk and mayonnaise to cabbage mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
Served chilled and enjoy!
