Yield: 18 Ounces
2 Cups Mayonnaise
¾ Tsp Salt
½ Tsp Black Pepper
½ Tsp Chili Powder
3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Mustard
10 Cloves Garlic, sliced
2 Tbsp Chopped Chadon Beni/Culantro
3 Tbsp Chopped Chives
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 – 2 Tbsp Water to assist blending (Optional)
In a standard home blender, add all ingredients listed into the mug.
Place mug onto the base of the machine and begin to pulse five to six times to allow ingredients to resettle and disperse in mayonnaise.
Then on high speed, puree until smooth. If needed, add a little water to help break down the viscosity of the mayonnaise and mix lightly with a spatula before processing again until you achieve a smooth consistency and all ingredients are harmoniously combined.
Taste and adjust flavor if needed as per your desire with more pepper for spice, lemon for tang or sugar for sweetness.
