Flavor in de Bark (Mauby Cocktail) | Wah Yuh Drinkin?

Flavor in de Bark! As you can probably guess by the name, this earthy cocktail features Mauby as one of its signature ingredients:

INGREDIENTS

1.5 oz White Rum

2 oz Mauby Drink

4 small cubes of Beetroot (boiled)

1 oz Demerara Syrup

1.5 oz Lemon Grass Tea

2 dashes Orange Bitters

METHOD

1. Muddle beetroot in mixing tin.

2. Add remaining ingredients.

3. Shake vigorously with ice.

4. Fine strain into chilled glass.

5. Garnish with lemon grass stalk and citrus peel.
