Epic Seafood Cook Up & Beach Lime on Cotton Bay in Trinidad & Tobago 🇹🇹
Rhett links up with Harvest Gawd and Jeremiah Mendes to take a boat trip with Nature Therapy TT to Cotton Bay in Trinidad & Tobago 🇹🇹 Also joining on the adventure was Marielle (our actual 2nd chef of the day) Amy, Airut, Imani and our boat captains, Jeremy and Daevon.
We jetted off from the beautiful Castara Beach towards Cotton Bay, where Bop (Harvest Gawd) intended to catch fish for lunch, but his rod wasn’t cooperating so Imani had to save the day! Upon arrival, Bop and Marielle took charge with the fire and meal prep, with assistance from the rest of the crew. In between, we snacked on some tasty five finger and plum chow before our scrumptious lunch of roasted fish, potatoes and deconstructed shrimp skewers was ready.
After lunch, we cooled down in the pristine Cotton Bay water before going on a quick snorkeling adventure to close off the beach lime. On our way back to Castara, Bop was able to redeem himself when he reeled in a rainbow runner fish just as the sun dipped below the horizon. An epic day it was!
