Nutella Fudge Recipe



INGREDIENTS

1 3/4 Cups Granulated Sugar

1 Tin Condensed Milk

1 Tbsp Butter

1/4 Cup Nutella

1 Tsp Vanilla Essence

METHOD

Dissolve sugar in approximately 1/4 cup of water over low heat.

Add milk, nutella and butter and gently bring to a boil.

Boil steadily, stirring constantly until the mixture becomes thick and creamy. (soft ball stage)

Remove pan from heat, add vanilla and beat for 1 minute.

Pour fudge into a greased pan about 6" by 8" and leave to cool.

When nearly set, mark squares with a sharp knife and cut when cold.
