Quick & Easy Egg Salad Recipe


INGREDIENTS

Eggs - 6 large

Salt - to taste

Black Pepper - to taste

Chopped Chive (Scallions) - 1/4 cup (optional)

Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup or more

Mustard - 1/2 tbsp

METHOD

  1. Add eggs to a pot over medium heat, cover with water and allow to boil for 15-20 minutes.

  2. Strain and allow to cool.

  3. Once cooled, remove shell and wash eggs.

  4. Place eggs into a bowl and cut into small cubes.

  5. Add salt, black pepper and chive.

  6. Mix well.

  7. Add mayonnaise and mustard.

  8. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.

  9. Enjoy!
