Cheesy Jacket Potatoes Recipe

Yield: 6 Servings


Potato - 3 XL (halved) Salt - to taste Black Pepper - to taste Cayenne Pepper - 1/4 tsp Butter - 2 oz Evaporated Milk - 1/4 cup Kraft Mozzarella Cheese - 1 (8oz) pack Seasoned Breadcrumbs - 1/8 cup


  1. Place potato in a pot of boiling water and allow to cook until tender.

  2. Drain and remove core from potato.

  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  4. Place core in a bowl.

  5. Add salt, black pepper, butter, evaporated milk and 2 oz of cheese.

  6. Mash until potato mixture is smooth in texture.

  7. Fill potatoes.

  8. Top with cheese and breadcrumbs.

  9. Bake for 30 minutes.

  10. Enjoy!
