Broccoli Salad with Bacon Recipe by Chef Shaun 🇹🇹


Yield - 8 to 12 Servings.


Ingredients:

Bacon - 7 strips

Broccoli - 2 heads (finely chopped)

Red Onion - 1 cup (finely diced)

Dried Cranberries - 1/2 cup

Pecans - 1/2 cup (chopped)

New Zealand Cheddar Cheese - 1/2 cup (cubed)

Mayonaise - 2 ½ cups

White Sugar - ½ cup

Salt - 1 tsp


Method:

Pan-fry bacon to a crisp.

Chop bacon into fine pieces.

Add bacon, broccoli, red onion, cranberries, pecans & cheese to a bowl.

Mix until fully incorporated.

In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sugar, and salt.

Add to salad and mix until evenly distributed.
