Chinese Chicken Corn Soup Recipe by Chef Shaun 🇹🇹

This steaming bowl of comfort is packed with flavor and simple to make. Get ready to cosy up and indulge in every spoonful.

Yield - 2 to 4 Servings.


Peanut Oil- 2 tbsp

Ginger- 1 tbsp (finely minced)

Garlic- 2 tbsp (finely minced)

Ground Chicken- ½ lb

Xaoxing (cooking wine)- 2 tbsp

Corn Kernels- 15 to 28oz

Chicken Stock- 4 cups

Cornstarch- 3 tbsp

Water- 4 tbsp

Large Eggs- 2 (lightly beaten)

Sesame Oil- 1 tbsp

Salt- 1 ½ tsp or to taste.

White Pepper- ¼ tsp

Chive- ¼ cup (thinly sliced)
