Rum & Raisin Fudge Recipe by Chef Shaun ๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡น

Yield - 8 to 12 Servings


Dark Rum - 1/2 cup

White sugar - 1 cup

Condensed milk - 1 cup

Vanilla essence - 1 tsp

Raisins - 1/3 cup (finely chopped)

Unsalted butter - 2 tbsp

Sea Salt - Pinch


1. Grease 9โ€ X 9โ€ X 1โ€ dish and set aside.

2. In a small saucepan, add rum, sugar, and condensed milk.

3. Using a spatula, stir over low heat.

4. After 25 minutes, add remaining ingredients.

5. Continue to stir mixture over low heat (about 10 minutes).

6. Immediately transfer to greased dish and garnish with sea salt & more raisins if you wish.

7. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before marking.

8. Once fully cooled, cut fudge and enjoy.
