Marlon Assam introduces us to his family-owned food truck business, Rollin Smoke, a custom-made trailer that dishes out a selection of favorites like; burgers handmade with Angus beef, freshly caught fish, grilled chicken, steak, and seafood, plus more!

They can be found on the Food Strip in the Queen’s Park Savannah in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago 🇹🇹 from Tuesday to Sunday from 6:00 pm till. They take call-in orders at 1-868-265-6481.
