2 Cups Full Cream Powder Milk
3 Fluid Ounces Heavy Cream
1 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp Grated Ginger
1/4 Cup Water
1 Tsp Cardamon
1 Dash Nutmeg
1/4 Tsp All Spice Powder
Mix the powder milk and heavy cream until it starts to develop a dry, crumbly texture.
Grease a baking dish and add some sprinkles.
Bring to a boil the water, sugar, ginger, cardamon, nutmeg and all spice. (This process must take no more than 6-8 minutes)
Pour over the milk and mix quickly.
Pour mixture into greased dish.
Add more sprinkles on the top.
Cut before fully set.
Once cut, let sit overnight in the refrigerator.
