Homemade Granola Parfait Recipe
INGREDIENTS Rolled Oats - 1 Cup Sliced Almonds - 1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds - 1/8 Cup Pumpkin Seeds - 1/8 Cup Dried Cranberries - 1/4 Cup Honey - 3 Tbsp Coconut Oil - 2 Tbsp Vanilla Extract - 1/4 Tsp Sea Salt - 1 Dash Yogurt - 1/2 Cup Fruit - 1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate - 4 oz Shaved GRANOLA METHOD Preheat oven to 300°F. Zoodles with Pan Seared Salmon Recipe
INGREDIENTS Mrs Dash - 2 Tbsp Zucchini - 3 Large Bell Pepper - 1 Large Garlic - 3 Cloves Minced Coconut Oil - 2 Tbsp Salmon Steak - 4oz Parmesan Cheese - 1/4 Cup METHOD Thinly peel zucchini into noodle lengths. Thinly slice bell pepper. Heat pan over medium heat, add oil. Saute garlic. Add zucchini, bell pepper and Mrs Dash, cook until tender. Garnish with parmesan cheese. Season salmon with Mrs Dash.
