Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cups Recipe



INGREDIENTS

Banana - 1 Ripe

Rolled Oats - 2 Cups

Protein Powder - 1 Scoop

Granola - 1/2 Cup

Dried Cranberries - 1/4 Cup

Sunflower Seeds - 1/4 Cup

Pumpkin Seeds - 1/4 Cup

Sliced Almonds - 1/4 Cup

Peanut Butter - 2 Tbsp

Cinnamon - 1 Tsp

Water - 2 Cups

METHOD

  1. Add banana to bowl and mash.

  2. Add rolled oats, protein powder and water.

  3. Add remaining dry ingredients.

  4. Add peanut butter and mix well.

  5. Fill cups and let sit in the refrigerator overnight.
