Geera Channa Spread Recipe
Yield: 4 - 6 Servings INGREDIENTS Channa/Chickpeas - 1 (15oz) can Water - 2 tbsp + 2 tbsp Coconut Oil - 2 tbsp Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp Garlic - 1 tsp (finely chopped) Ground Geera/Cumin - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp or to taste Chadon Beni/Culantro - 2 tbsp (finely chopped) METHOD Strain and wash channa under cold water. Zoodles with Pan Seared Salmon Recipe
INGREDIENTS Mrs Dash - 2 Tbsp Zucchini - 3 Large Bell Pepper - 1 Large Garlic - 3 Cloves Minced Coconut Oil - 2 Tbsp Salmon Steak - 4oz Parmesan Cheese - 1/4 Cup METHOD Thinly peel zucchini into noodle lengths. Thinly slice bell pepper. Heat pan over medium heat, add oil. Saute garlic. Add zucchini, bell pepper and Mrs Dash, cook until tender. Garnish with parmesan cheese. Season salmon with Mrs Dash.
