Zoodles with Pan Seared Salmon Recipe


Mrs Dash - 2 Tbsp

Zucchini - 3 Large

Bell Pepper - 1 Large

Garlic - 3 Cloves Minced

Coconut Oil - 2 Tbsp

Salmon Steak - 4oz

Parmesan Cheese - 1/4 Cup


  1. Thinly peel zucchini into noodle lengths.

  2. Thinly slice bell pepper.

  3. Heat pan over medium heat, add oil.

  4. Saute garlic.

  5. Add zucchini, bell pepper and Mrs Dash, cook until tender.

  6. Garnish with parmesan cheese.

  7. Season salmon with Mrs Dash.

  8. Heat pan to medium and cook salmon steak for 2 minutes on each side.
