Chicken Cauliflower Rice Recipe
Mrs Dash - 2 Tbsp
Chicken Breast - 1/2 Lb
Cauliflower - 1 Large
Frozen Vegetables - 1 Cup
Garlic - 3 Cloves
Parsley - 1 Tbsp
Coconut Oil - 2 Tbsp
Parmesan Cheese - 1/4 Cup
Wash, clean and cut chicken into 1/2 inch cubes and set aside.
Cut cauliflower into florets and grind in food processor.
Heat pan over medium heat, add oil and saute chicken & garlic.
Add vegetables, cauliflower, parsley & Mrs Dash.
Garnish with parmesan cheese.
