Ginger Gin Sour Cocktail | Wah Yuh Drinkin?
Get your blowtorch ready because this Ginger Gin Sour Cocktail calls for smoked glassware using toasted spices:
2 oz. Tanqueray Gin (Ginger Infused)
3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz. Ginger Syrup
1 Cinnamon Stick and 5 Cardamom Pods (for smoking glassware)
1 Egg White (optional)
4 Drops Aromatic Bitters
Methodology: Smoke the upturned Glass with toasted Cinnamon Stick and Cardamom Pods. Shake all ingredients with ice (except egg whites), and double strain Cocktail into an empty tin/mixing glass. Discard ice. Add egg white and shake without ice (reverse dry shake) until egg white is emulsified. Strain into desired glassware.
