Pimento Sauce Recipe by Chef Shaun 🇹🇹
Yield - 16 fl. oz.
Whole Pimento - 12
Chadon Beni - 2 leaves
Carrots - 1 cup (chopped)
Whole Garlic - 5
Mustard - 1 tbsp
White Vinegar - 1/2 cup
Salt - 2 tsp
1. Wash and air-dry pimento, chadon beni, carrot & garlic.
2. Add all ingredients to your blender or food processor and blend until it reaches your desired consistency.
3. Store in an airtight container and place in your refrigerator to help maintain freshness.
