Buffalo Chicken Macaroni Pie Recipe

INGREDIENTS 

 

1 Pack (450 grams) Swiss Macaroni 

1 Tbsp Swiss Mustard

1 Lb Chicken Breast

2 Tbsp Buffalo Seasoning

2 Cans Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup

2 Cups Grated Cheese

3 Eggs

1/2 Cup Evaporated Milk 

3/4 Cup Water

1 Tbsp Chive

1 Tbsp Parsley

Black Pepper & Salt (To Taste)

 

METHOD

  • Wash and clean chicken.

  • Pat dry chicken.

  • Cut chicken into 1/2 inch pieces. (As seen in video above)

  • Season chicken with buffalo seasoning.

  • Boil macaroni until al dente.

  • Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C

  • In a large bowl mix eggs, seasoning, soup, milk, water and mustard.

  • Add macaroni and stir.

  • Stir in cheese. (Reserve some to top the pie)

  • Place into a greased baking dish, top with remaining cheese and bake for approximately 35-45 minutes.
