1 Pack (450 grams) Swiss Macaroni
1 Tbsp Swiss Mustard
1 Lb Chicken Breast
2 Tbsp Buffalo Seasoning
2 Cans Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 Cups Grated Cheese
1/2 Cup Evaporated Milk
3/4 Cup Water
1 Tbsp Chive
1 Tbsp Parsley
Black Pepper & Salt (To Taste)
Wash and clean chicken.
Pat dry chicken.
Cut chicken into 1/2 inch pieces. (As seen in video above)
Season chicken with buffalo seasoning.
Boil macaroni until al dente.
Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C
In a large bowl mix eggs, seasoning, soup, milk, water and mustard.
Add macaroni and stir.
Stir in cheese. (Reserve some to top the pie)
Place into a greased baking dish, top with remaining cheese and bake for approximately 35-45 minutes.
