INGREDIENTS
Base Concentrate:
Mauby Bark - 2 oz
Bay Leaf - 1
Aniseed - 1
Cinnamon Stick - 1
Cardamom Pods - 10
Water for Boiling - 4 Liters
Final Mix:
Water for Mixing - 3 Liters
Base Concentrate - 1 Liter
Sugar - 1 1/2 Cups
METHOD
Base Concentrate:
Add mauby bark, bay leaf, aniseed, cinnamon and cardamom to pot.
Add water and let boil over medium heat for 30 minutes.
Remove from heat and let steep for 6-8 hours or overnight.
Final Mix:
In a juice mug, add water and sweet with sugar.
Once sugar is fully dissolved add base concentrate.
Please note that the concentrate is very bitter, so add in moderation*
Taste as you add until it reached your desired consistency.
