Satisfying Seamoss Punch Recipe by Chef Shaun 🇹🇹

Yield – 2 Servings.


Prepared Seamoss- 1 cup

Bois Bande- 6-inch X 2-inch piece of bark

Bayleaf- 1 to 2 leaves

Cinnamon Stick- 1

Cardamom Pods- 2 (crushed)

Full Cream Milk- 3 cups.

Condensed Milk- 2/3 cup.

Mixed Essence- 1 tbsp

Vanilla Essence- 1 tsp

Grated Nutmeg- Pinch

Grated Tonka Bean- Pinch

Sea Salt- Pinch


1. Prepare your dried seamoss as illustrated.

2. Steep your flavorings as illustrated.

3. Add all your ingredients to your blender as illustrated and blend to a smooth and even consistency.
