36 Wonton Skins
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 Bundle of Chive
2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 Cup Water
6 Cups Oil
In a bowl mix cream cheese, chive, garlic powder and one egg.
In another bowl add water and remaining egg. This is to be used to seal the wonton skins.
Lay out the wonton skins on a cutting board.
Using two teaspoons add a 1 tsp of filling to each wonton skin.
Brush the wonton skin edges with egg wash solution and seal as shown in video.
Heat oil to 350°F and fry until golden brown and crispy.
