Culinary Connections

Our 7th feature took us to TTHTI where we caught up with Italian Chef Ugo Mura of IFSE and Chef Kashia Cave of My City Kitchen. Both chefs were in Trinidad to train local students on the finer points of preparing Italian cuisine.
