Orange Custard Pie Recipe
Evaporated Milk - 24 oz Condensed Milk - 395 g Fresh Orange Juice - 1/4 cup ANGOSTURA® orange bitters - 2 tsp ANGOSTURA® aromatic bitters - 1 tsp Instant Powdered Milk - ½ cup Eggs - 4 large
Orange Sauce Fresh Orange Juice - 1 cup ANGOSTURA® orange bitters - 2 tsp Granulated Sugar - 2 tbsp
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Add evaporated milk, condensed milk, orange juice, orange bitters, aromatic bitters, powdered milk and eggs to blender and blend well.
Pour into a 10” by 10” greased baking dish, individual ramekins or glass dishes.
Place into a hot water bath.
Bake for 1 hour.
Heat small sauce pan over medium heat.
Add ingredients for orange sauce to sauce pan and simmer until thick.
Allow custard to cool before slicing.
Pour sauce over custard and enjoy!
