Yield: 2 Loaves
Sifted Flour - 1 1/2 lb
Shortening - 1 oz
Marigold Margarine - 3 oz
Grated Coconut - 3 oz
Brown Sugar - 4 oz
Yeast - 1 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Mixed Fruits - 1/4 cup
Cinnamon Powder - 1 Pinch
Nutmeg Powder - 1 Smidgen
Mixed Essence - 1/2 tsp
Water - 1 cup

Add flour, shortening and Marigold Margarine to bowl.
Cut shortening and margarine into flour.
Add coconut, sugar, yeast, baking powder, mixed fruits, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Mix together until well incorporated.
Add essence and water.
Begin to knead.
Add risen hops dough as the sweet bread loaf dough begins to form.
Continue to knead until well incorporated (about 5 minutes).
Cover with cling wrap or a damp cloth and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
Divide dough into two and place into greased bread pans.
Cover with a damp cloth and allow to rise for 30 minutes.
Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes.
Allow to cool and enjoy!
