½ ripe avocado, mashed

1 tin Brunswick Boneless Sardines in olive oil

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp pepper sauce (or to taste)

Salt & black pepper to taste


Method:

Mix everything together, spread on toast, and enjoy!
