Bubbling Some Corn Soup at a Pan Yard in Laventille, Trinidad & Tobago đšđš Foodie Nation

Our friends at Courts invited us to lime at their pan yard in Laventille, the Sound Specialists Steel Orchestra. Of course, in true Caribbean fashion, they asked us to bubble a hearty pot of Corn Soup for everyone in the pan yard to enjoy, free of charge!
We also met up with Richard (aka the âgodfatherâ of the band) who told us the story about how the Courts Sound Specialists came to be, some 50 years ago! We learnt about their journey from a small single-pan (pan round neck) band to becoming a popular medium-sized band, winning multiple Panorama competitions, and flying the Trinbagonian flag internationally!
