Join Rhett McCarthy and the Foodie Nation crew as we head down south to Marilissa Farms in Penal, Trinidad & Tobago for a full day of food, fun, and farm life! 🐐


We kicked things off with a guided farm tour, where we got up close with all the animals: monkeys, rare birds, donkeys, geese, a llama, goats, sheep, cows, red angus cattle, macaws, and even a giant tortoise enclosure.


We also explored Marilissa’s impressive operations in goat and sheep farming for meat, milk, and cheese production, along with the animal pens, milking facility, and beautiful grounds featuring a massive koi pond.


After the tour, it was time to lime! 🔥 Chef Khary and Suzie fired up some mouthwatering curry duck and geera pork, paired perfectly with buss up shut roti and pumpkin talkari.
