Dark Chocolate Chip Granola Recipe by Chef Shaun 🇹🇹


Yield – 8 cups


Ingredients:

Rolled oats - 2 cups

Sliced almonds - 1/2 cup

Sunflower seeds - 1/4 cup

Pumpkin seeds - 1/4 cup

Pecans - 1/2 cup

Walnuts - 1/2 cup

Coconut oil - 1/2 cup

Assorted Dried fruit - 2 cup

Banana - 1/2 cup

Dried cranberries - 1/2 cup

Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp

Sea Salt - Pinch

Honey - 1/3 cup

Dark Chocolate Chips - 1/2 cup


Method:

1. Preheat oven to 300F.

2. In a bowl, mix oats, almonds, sunflower, pumpkin, linseed, pecans, walnuts & coconut oil.

3. Transfer to a greased baking sheet.

4. Bake for 30 minutes, ensuring to toss halfway through.

5. Transfer to a bowl and add remaining ingredients.

6. Transfer back onto baking sheet and allow to cool.

7. Once cooled, break up and store in your fridge.


Punch:

Almond Milk - 12 oz

Granola - 10 oz

Peanut Butter - ½ cup

Ripe Avocado - ½ cup

Nutmeg - Pinch

Bois Bande - 2 oz

Cinnamon Powder - ½ tsp


Method:

1. Add everything to your blender and blend to a smooth consistency.
