Rhett and the Foodie Nation family head Down De Islands đšđš for a weekend getaway packed with good food, great vibes, and plenty fun in the sun â rain or shine!
The adventure kicks off at Coral Cove Marina, Chaguaramas, where the group meets up with The Natural Experience team for a boat ride to Natural Mystic House â a stunning, multilevel vacation home on Gasparee Island complete with a plunge pool, party deck, games, and watersports.

Despite some cloudy weather, everyone made the most of the jetty, diving into the water, kayaking, and paddle boarding. On the menu? Hot dogs in a homemade sauce for lunch, followed by a cheesy one-pot pasta with meat sauce.
Later that day, Rhett takes a quick boat ride to the mainland to visit Sails Restaurant at Power Boats Marina. The food line-up? Shrimp slices, potato samosas, surf & turf with ribeye steak, shrimp, savory rice, corn on the cob (from their Monday Madness menu), roasted lionfish, plus cocktails and desserts like carrot cake and cheesecake.
Day two starts off right with freshly baked coconut bake, eggs, and turkey sausage. As more guests arrive by boat, it's straight to the beach for more island fun! Lunch featured a bubbling pot of chicken and smoked bone pelau, served with creamy coleslaw. Rhett also explores the on-site petting zoo, home to rabbits, ducks, turtles, birds, and more.
On the final day, the sun finally makes its grand appearance just as the trip winds down. Breakfast includes bake and shark, while lunch features garlic butter shrimp with spaghetti. The kids enjoy the propertyâs trampoline, and of course, thereâs more swimming before heading home.
