Spicy Garlic & Hot Pepper Tuna Soft Tacos

Ingredients


Brunswick Garlic & Hot Pepper Tuna - 1 can

Soft Tacos Shells - 2

Purple Cabbage (shredded) - 1/4 cup

Ripe Pineapple (diced) - 1/4 cup

Lime Juice - 1/2 tsp

Plain Greek Yogurt (or sour cream) - 1 tbsp

Fresh cilantro for garnish


Method


Warm taco shells in a dry pan over medium heat for 15 seconds on each side.

Divide the Brunswick Garlic & Hot Pepper Tuna between the shells.

Add shredded cabbage and diced pineapple.

Drizzle with lime juice & greek yogurt.

Garnish with cilantro and enjoy!
