Foodie Nation

Beetroot – 3 oz (cooked)

Whole Milk – 12 fl oz

Condensed Milk – 2 tbsp

Cinnamon Powder – ½ tsp

Ground Nutmeg – 1/8 tsp

Mixed Essence – ½ tsp


Passion Fruit Juice – 6 fl oz

Water – 8 fl oz

Brown Sugar – 2 tbsp

Aromatic Bitters – 1 tsp


Peanut Butter – 6 oz

Whole Milk – 12 fl oz

Condensed Milk – 2 tbsp

Mixed Essence – 1 tsp

Cinnamon Powder – ½ tsp

Ground Nutmeg – 1/8 tsp

Cardamon Powder – 1/8 tsp


Method

1. For each method, add all ingredients into your blender and blend until evenly mixed.

2. Transfer to plastic bags and place in your freezer.
