Beetroot â 3 oz (cooked)
Whole Milk â 12 fl oz
Condensed Milk â 2 tbsp
Cinnamon Powder â ½ tsp
Ground Nutmeg â 1/8 tsp
Mixed Essence â ½ tsp
Passion Fruit Juice â 6 fl oz
Water â 8 fl oz
Brown Sugar â 2 tbsp
Aromatic Bitters â 1 tsp
Peanut Butter â 6 oz
Whole Milk â 12 fl oz
Condensed Milk â 2 tbsp
Mixed Essence â 1 tsp
Cinnamon Powder â ½ tsp
Ground Nutmeg â 1/8 tsp
Cardamon Powder â 1/8 tsp
Method
1. For each method, add all ingredients into your blender and blend until evenly mixed.
2. Transfer to plastic bags and place in your freezer.
