Best Time to Eat: Within 30 minutes post-workout


Why Tuna?


Brunswick tuna is lean, packed with B vitamins and protein—ideal for post-run muscle recovery and restoring your energy.


Ingredients:


1 can Brunswick tuna in water, drained

2 soft taco shells

2 tbsp hummus

Dash of cayenne pepper

Salt & pepper to taste

Mixed baby lettuce & microgreens

Thin strips of red bell pepper, cucumber & carrots


Instructions:


Mix tuna with hummus, cayenne, salt, and pepper.

Fill each taco shell with mixed greens.

Add the tuna-hummus mixture on top.

Finish with crunchy veggie strips.
