Christmas Cookies
Ingredients
* 3 cups Lion Brand Self Rising Flour
* ½ tsp Lion Brand Baking Powder
* 1 cup unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
* 1 cup brown sugar
* ½ cup white sugar
* 1 whole egg + 2 egg yolks (extra yolk for richness)
* 2 tsp vanilla extract
* 1 cup white chocolate chunks
* 1 cup red & green M&Ms
Method
1. In a large bowl, mix melted butter with brown sugar and white sugar until smooth.
2. Add whole egg + 2 egg yolks and vanilla; mix until fully combined.
3. Fold in flour and baking powder until just combined.
4. Gently fold in white chocolate chunks + M&Ms (reserve some for topping).
5. Scoop ¼-cup dough balls onto a lined baking tray. Mound them slightly to prevent spreading.
6. Top each cookie with a few extra chocolate chunks and M&Ms for a festive look.
7. Chill the dough for 30–45 minutes to maintain thickness.
8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 minutes, until edges are set but centers are soft.
9. Cool on a wire rack before serving.

I recently spent some time reading different articles on this topic, and this one was definitely among the most useful. The writer explained everything in a simple and well-structured way, making it easy for readers to understand every section without feeling confused. The information related to it was introduced naturally and supported with practical details that made the article more informative. I also liked how every paragraph added something new instead of repeating the same ideas again and again. Near the conclusion, it was mentioned once more with additional explanation that connected the entire discussion perfectly. Overall, the article maintained a professional writing style, offered valuable information, and remained interesting from beginning to end.
