Trini Garlic Sauce Recipe by Chef Jeremy Lovell


Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients:


 Chadon Beni – 3 tbsp (finely chopped)

 Pimento Peppers – 3 tbsp (finely chopped)

 Salt to taste

 Sugar – 2 tbsp

 Fresh Lime Juice – 1 tbsp

 Black Pepper -1 tbsp

 Garlic – 1 cup (finely chopped)

 Red Onion – 1 cup (thinly sliced)

 Chive – 3 tbsp (finely chopped)

 Water – Approx. 2 cups

 Mayonnaise – 3 cups

 White Vinegar – 1 tbsp


Method:


 In large blender, add all ingredients.

 Blend until mixture is smooth.

 Remove from blender and put into bowl or bottle, cover and place in the refrigerator.
