Trini Honey Roasted Ham Recipe by Chef Jeremy Lovell


Yield – 8 to 12 Persons

Cook Time – Approx. 1 ½ mins

Prep Time – 30 minutes


Ingredients:

 Boneless Ham – 3lb

 Pineapple Slices – 8 (½ inch slices)

 Maraschino Cherries – 8

 Honey – 4oz

 Whole Clove – 1 tbsp

 Brown Sugar – 2 tbsp

 Mustard – 2oz


Method:

 Pre heat oven at 325*F.

 Rub ham with mustard, brown sugar, and honey.

 Stick ham with clove.

 Arrange pineapple and cherries on ham using a smooth wooden toothpick to hold cherry to ham.

 Cover with foil, place in oven and bake for 1 ½ hours.

 Once ham is cooked and internal temperature of ham reach 180*F and over, remove from heat and allow to cool before slicing.
