Trini Honey Roasted Ham Recipe by Chef Jeremy Lovell
Yield – 8 to 12 Persons
Cook Time – Approx. 1 ½ mins
Prep Time – 30 minutes
Boneless Ham – 3lb
Pineapple Slices – 8 (½ inch slices)
Maraschino Cherries – 8
Honey – 4oz
Whole Clove – 1 tbsp
Brown Sugar – 2 tbsp
Mustard – 2oz
Pre heat oven at 325*F.
Rub ham with mustard, brown sugar, and honey.
Stick ham with clove.
Arrange pineapple and cherries on ham using a smooth wooden toothpick to hold cherry to ham.
Cover with foil, place in oven and bake for 1 ½ hours.
Once ham is cooked and internal temperature of ham reach 180*F and over, remove from heat and allow to cool before slicing.
