In part two of our special cook up with Chef Devan, Shaun and Rhett get a taste of Guyana’s National Dish: Pepper Pot! A literal melting pot of cow heel, oxtails and beef, seasoned and spiced with onion, garlic, cinnamon, star anise, cassareep, and more, this treasure chest of flavor was served with traditional Guyanese Plait Bread - the absolute perfect vessel!

Of course, all the action took place outdoors in the beautiful community of Maracas Valley, St. Joseph in Trinidad and Tobago.
