Festive Quinoa Recipe



INGREDIENTS

Multicolored Quinoa - 1 cup Bell Pepper - 1 cup (finely chopped) Dried Cranberries - 1/4 cup Golden Raisins - 1/4 cup Chopped Parsley - 1/4 cup Fresh Orange Juice - 1/2 cup Honey - 2 tsp ANGOSTURA® orange bitters - 4 dashes ANGOSTURA® aromatic bitters - 2 dashes Light Olive Oil - 1 tbsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Black Pepper - 1/4 tsp

METHOD

  1. Cook quinoa to the packages specifications.

  2. Once cooked, add bell pepper, cranberries, raisins and parsley.

  3. Set aside.

  4. In a bowl, mix together orange juice, honey, aromatic bitters, orange bitters, olive oil, salt and black pepper.

  5. Pour vinaigrette over quinoa.

  6. Toss and taste for salt and black pepper.

  7. Enjoy!
