Tomato Stewed Chickpeas
1 onion, chopped
3 pimentoes, finely chopped
4 tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp paprika
2 cups fresh cashew milk/coconut milk
2 cups/1 can chickpeas, cooked & drained
Sweet leaf/Bhagi leaves, chopped
Salt to taste

3 cups purple kush kush, peeled & cubed
1 onion
1 pimento
Grapeseed oil
