Most households drink coffee and many of us buy coffee creamer. But, I wonder how many of us know that they already have most, if not all the ingredients to make their very own. I’m going to be making a spiced flavored creamer, but the flavor options are endless and the ingredients in this recipe can easily be substituted with healthier options.
Yield - 38 to 40 fl. Oz.
Ingredients
Whipping Cream - 13 fl. oz.
Full Cream Milk - 20 fl. oz.
White Sugar - 1 cup
Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp
Grated Tonka Bean - pinch
Grated Nutmeg - pinch
Cardamom Powder - pinch
Method
1. Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend over low speed until your sugar is fully dissolved.
