YIELD: (6-8) SERVINGS
1/3 Cup Curry Powder
1 1/2 Lbs Corned Beef (2 Cans)
3 Medium Potatoes
1/2 Cup Green Seasoning
3 Garlic Cloves
2 Tbsp Oil
2 Tsp Golden Ray (Vegetable Cooking Butter)
1 Tbsp Ketchup
1 Tsp Pepper Sauce (Optional)
Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)
Wash, peel and dice potatoes into small pieces.
Season in bowl with salt, black pepper, green seasoning and pimento. (Garlic Optional)
Add curry powder to a small bowl with enough water to make a paste.
Heat oil in iron pot.
Put garlic to burn in oil.
Once garlic is slightly burnt, add curry paste and mix thoroughly.
Add 1/2 cup of water and cook curry a little more.
Add potatoes to pot, mix thoroughly, add enough water to cover and let cook for 10-12 minutes.
When potatoes are almost tender, add corned beef to pot, evenly break down beef and mix thoroughly.
Add golden ray and ketchup.
Cover and let cook for 5 minutes.
