Trini Gulab Jamun Recipe Using Anchor Cow Brand Ghee
Full Cream Milk Powder - 1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour - 2 cups Cardamon - 1 tsp Nutmeg - 1 dash All Spice Powder - 1/4 tsp Anchor Cow Brand Ghee - 1/4 lb (115 g) Water - 1/2 cup
For Syrup: Sugar- 1 cup Grated Ginger - 1 tbsp Cardamon - 1 dash Nutmeg - 1 dash Water - 1/4 cup
Heat a small saucepot over medium heat.
Add sugar, ginger, cardamom, nutmeg and water. Mix until sugar is dissolved.
Bring to a boil and set aside.
Mix powder milk, flour, cardamom, nutmeg, allspice powder, ghee and water in a bowl.
Form into desired shape and sizes to fry.
Heat oil to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Fry until golden brown.
Soak in syrup and enjoy.
